I ususlly use FrontPage, and although I can do html from notepad, I would prefer not to.
Licensing here at work prevent me from using any program that costs.
Anyone have any ideas? Simple html page editing, maybe framing. I am working on a help for form windows in the HTMLhelp SDK and need to build all the supporting format. Doing it in word SUCKS DONKEY DICK.

My kids needed to make a quick webpage, so instead of teaching them the whole deal, I had them write it out in word, add pictures and tables...
.. and then just File - Save As - HTML.
